Mission Statement
"To never try, is to never succeed. Reach for your dreams." What are we doing aside from addressing complaints? CDCAT provides information and links about our rights to equal transportation. We work on all transportation issues, not just bus service. We will explain different available services such as ambulette's, wheelchair accessible taxi's, STAR, and CDTA's fixed route buses do, and what the ADA mandates they do. We're working towards the goals of truly accessible buses, taxis etc. This will take time. We'll be keeping you up-to-date on information we learn and changes. Expect an eye opening experience. We don't do things half-way. Our brochures are done! Check them out by clicking on the "Forms and Flyers" link. We have complaint forms that are usable for any transportation system, available by phone, email or US post office request. One form is Rate the Ride. That's our short checklist form and it's intended to do just that, rate the service and ride. The other is a longer complaint form for when something goes wrong that you want to handle in more detail. Both are available now, all for free. Give us a call at (518) 273-1110. Want to be more involved? We need all the help we can get. E-mail or call. Last Updated: 01/02/2008 |
